I’ve seen the pros do it, make yourself some cheater templates of various bends on your bender, and then when you’re building, you’ll have a real representation of what your bender can produce right there in your hands for mock-up. It’s also handy to know how much tube you need to make a bend! So today I’m doing both. I’m making a template in my 1.5″ die, AND learning how much tube gets consumed to make a full 90 degree bend on my Affordable Bender. Check it out!
