Paracord Grab Handle Info
If you already own a set of my hand made paracord grab handles, THANK YOU for your purchase.
If you don't, what are you waiting for? Head on over to the Products page and order some!
My handles are made from Rothco 550 mil spec paracord. They contain roughly 30 feet of paracord per handle. That's three strands of about 10 feet each. Per handle, if you purchased the basic handles, that's 60 feet, if you purchased the deluxe handles, it's closer to 90 feet. That's a lot of rope in an emergency!
I designed my handles to not only be quality, and stylish, but also useful. They are designed with emergency deployment in mind. The whole point, in my mind, of using a paracord handle instead of a nylon strap style handle, is that the handle doubles as a coil of rope in an emergency! With that in mind, I've created a video which explains how to deploy one of these handles for use as rope. It also hilights some of the differences between my handles, and others out there. If you own a set and want to know more about them, or are thinking of buying, this video contains some good info.
I was featured on the Off-Road Addons podcast, in Episode 017. Unfortunately ORA is now unavailable, but I was able to grab the episode I was featured in. You can download it here.
